I teach different topics related to experimental design, data analysis, and aniaml behavior, ecology and physiology, always motivating students with practical learning and incorporating cross-cutting topics such as gender equality, sustainability and bioethics.

Methods for the Study of the Natural Environment (assistant professor; 2021 - present)

Graduate Degree in Biology. University of Granada (Spain). Teaching methods for the study of animal ecology, such as animal capture and identification methods, conservation methods for zoological collections, estimation of abundance and density of animals in class and in the field, etc.

Animal Physiology II: Maintenance Functions of Animals (assistant professor; 2021 - present)

Graduate Degree in Biology. University of Granada (Spain). Teaching practical lessons to let students understand the physiological processes of digestion, respiration, blood circulation, excretion, hormonal regulation, etc.

Animal Behavior (coordinator and main professor; 2017-2020)

Master Degree in Animal Biology, Master Degree in Ecology and Conservation, PhD Program in Ecology and Conservation. Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (Brazil). Teaching theory about all topics of ethology and training students to conduct research on animal behavior. Biology of Amphibians and Reptiles (assistant professor 2017-2018)

Teaching students the biology, physiology and ecology of amphibians and reptiles, and teaching them to conduct research on various topics related to ecology of amphibians and reptiles in an immersive course in the Pantanal of Brazil. 

Management and conservation of threatened fauna (assistant professor; 2012-2013)

Herpetology (assistant professor; 2012-2013)

Master in Biology and Biodiversity Conservation. University of Salamanca (Spain). Teaching students how to conduct research in behavioral ecology of different reptiles during an immersive fieldwork course. Experimental desing, methods of animal sampling etc.
